1. Bespoke Orders & Fitting Trials
Every bespoke suit, sherwani, tuxedo, and garment is handcrafted uniquely to the client's specifications. We conduct in-person trial fitting sessions at our Jammu workshop to ensure pinpoint accuracy before final stitch closure and hand pressing.
2. Alteration Guarantee
We provide complimentary master alterations within 14 days of delivery for all bespoke garments crafted by our master tailors to guarantee 100% satisfaction and flawless silhouette.
3. Order Timelines & Urgent Delivery
Standard bespoke tailoring typically requires 5 to 10 working days depending on hand-embroidery and fabric complexity. Urgent wedding deliveries can be expedited upon prior confirmation with our master cutter.
4. Jurisdiction
All transactions and service agreements are governed by the laws of Jammu & Kashmir, India, under the jurisdiction of Jammu courts.
