1. 100% Perfect Fit Alteration Guarantee
Bespoke tailoring is crafted individually to your body. If your garment requires any adjustments in waist, chest ease, shoulder slope, sleeve pitch, or trouser length, we provide 100% Free Master Alterations within 14 days of delivery until you are completely satisfied with the drape and fit.
2. Ready-to-Wear Items & Accessories
Unworn, non-customized standard catalog items (such as ties, cufflinks, pocket squares, ready-to-wear polo knits) can be exchanged or returned within 7 days in original condition with tags intact.
3. Order Cancellations & Fabric Cuts
Since bespoke garments are custom-cut from exclusive imported fabric rolls, orders can be modified or cancelled within 24 hours of placement before master shears cut the cloth. Once tailoring is underway, full alteration support is provided rather than cancellation.
