• Bespoke measurements: 28+ bodily metrics, posture notes, fitting preferences, and fabric selections.
• Order & Transaction data: Items ordered, appointment slots, invoice history, and delivery tracking information.

2. How We Use Your Information

Your data is exclusively used to tailor your garments to exact measurements, process appointments, send order status updates via WhatsApp / SMS, and ensure high-standard craftsmanship. We never sell, rent, or trade your personal information to third parties.

3. Payment & Data Security

All digital transactions are processed through 256-bit encrypted secure payment gateways (Razorpay, UPI, Netbanking). ZERO5 does not store credit/debit card numbers or CVVs on its servers.

4. Custom Pattern Retention

We securely archive your digital bodily pattern so future orders of custom suits, shirts, and sherwanis can be tailored seamlessly without requiring repeat measurement sessions, unless requested otherwise.
